The best time saver in the office

The time they save me allows me to focus my attention to more pressing matters-I don't have to do phone call reminders for appointments, and no more recall! They do it all! They also keep tabs on reviews for me! Heaven forbid we get a less than stellar review, and I am notified immediately, so this can be rectified-if possible immediately.

Pros

They do the work of at least 3 employees, more if you are a bigger office! Saves me time, phone calls, headaches! I can do a link for payment, I love texting patients, I can multitask with this and not miss anything!

Cons

A few features aren't super user friendly, I have to search out and find how to do a few things, they sync process is also a little slow.

Solutionreach review

Support is hit or miss some years. Overall I've had a good experience and would recommend them.

Pros

Conversations, recalls, newsletters are all very easy to use. They've helped us a lot over the years.

Cons

I wish it wrote back to our PM "better". It would be more effective.

easy to use,love the texting and automatic patient reminders, the newsletters and birthday wishes all work seamlessly

Cons

The automatic reviews at one time had no filters but they have since correct that so don't really have any problems.

Admin Assistance

It was very good but the price was a little high

The News Letter are fantastic. A very large selection and easy to use. The SR pay was very helpful.

Cons

The text service needs to be updated. The price was a little high. We have new system which includes phones

Okay product for dental office needs

We used Solutionreach for several years before switching to a company that we felt was a better fit for our office. Solutionreach is a good product, but I believe there is room for improvement in several areas.
