A balanced software for Employee tracking!

Pros

A given goal can be progressed at any point of time during the quarter period. This is what I had felt very useful from this tool.

Cons

The UI is little bit confusing because the KEY RESULTS are somewhere inside the main goal. They should be highlighted atleast if the number of such key results for a main goal are above some threshold value.

"Ease of Submitting Goals and reviewing them"

I have noticed that it is not at all time consuming to set goals in peoplebox as compare to the previous softwares i've used, the clean design and to the point activities accelerate the process

Pros

the beautiful ui/ux makes it easier for us to rate and fill goals in peoplebox

Cons

we do not have comments to give under each goal defined during rating.

Smooth experience

Pros

Ease of usage to add goals. IKR and OKR feature helps to align our goals with the organization at ease.

Pros

All the features and interfaces are awesome and easy to navigate.

Cons

We do not use surveys as we most of the information is available on real-time basis.

Good for performance management but need it to be more user-friendly and more understandable for an employee visiting the dashboard for the first time or the tool

Well Defined Feedback

Overall experience with people box was good, i was using it for the performance appraisal system for my Juniors. Definitely saved my time of rating the employees and keeping a track of their goals.Also reminders were being sent consistently so kept us on track to complete the ratings.

Cons

We Can't delete the check-in. Sometimes by mistake, check-in if done can't be deleted. So, we need this criterion to be set up.
