A balanced software for Employee tracking!
Pros
A given goal can be progressed at any point of time during the quarter period. This is what I had felt very useful from this tool.
Cons
The UI is little bit confusing because the KEY RESULTS are somewhere inside the main goal. They should be highlighted atleast if the number of such key results for a main goal are above some threshold value.

I have noticed that it is not at all time consuming to set goals in peoplebox as compare to the previous softwares i've used, the clean design and to the point activities accelerate the process

Well Defined Feedback
Overall experience with people box was good, i was using it for the performance appraisal system for my Juniors. Definitely saved my time of rating the employees and keeping a track of their goals.Also reminders were being sent consistently so kept us on track to complete the ratings.
