> **Pros**: The software brings events into our membership database and updates our accounts system, reducing our workload and allowing members to view all activities and invoices in one place. The online joining process guides people to the right level of membership. The CPD portal was built and modified to meet our needs and those of our members and is the best I have seen. We have recently added Go Cardless as a payment option which allows members to pay by instalment, making it easier for them to pay and more likely to renew.

> **Cons**: No difficulties integrating with existing systems and the only system still separate is our online Mentoring scheme - maybe something to incorporate?
