> **Pros**: Good UI, easy to understand. Simple to set up and schedule. Ran reliably, but backups were less than stellar for our purpose.

> **Cons**: Had trouble with reliable backups to a NAS. We need 100% reliable bare metal recovery and this failed us a couple of times. Also, hard to retrieve individual files compared to other options on the market.
