We can filter questions and comments and respond privately. It allows for flexible responses according to nature of the comment. It also means a wider range of employees have a direct voive and can ask questions or make points without fear of being singled out. > > **Cons**: It would be good if questions could be more easily categorised. To be fair we probably can we we don't at present. Sometimes the ability to post anonymously means we get aggressive and personal emails, but we can respond privately to ask they re-phrase before it's posted publicly. > > Rungway has been great at enabling a broader section of employees to voice concerns directly or ask questions without fear of embarrassment or fear of being singled out. It's been great for that and well supported by Rungway. It does take time though.
