Its paid version comes with a lot of mixed weight loss and fitness approaches but the price is a bit high especially for youth.

A great way to come together…right now.
It’s the most successful team-building initiative my company does.
Pros
-Connected with smart devices to log steps.
-Lots of analytics, both for personal goals and team goals.
-Great social component—it was fun to post/see others’ photos from their walks.
Cons
It would be nice to have a “fun” section to motivate/entertain. For example, discussion prompts that people walking/running can ask each other, or fun facts about being fit or about interesting destinations. Could also include podcast episodes people can listen to!

Good for keeping track of your movement, but can't tell the difference between walking and...
Pros
It's great for tracking your weight and where you've gone, especially if you want to record your route. It does a lot of things well, and keeping track of and suggesting exercises for you to do are some of the features. It is only as good as the information it is given, so the more you tell it, the more accurate it will be.
Cons
It can't tell the difference between walking and sitting in the car. I will often get notifications congratulating me on my walking and it's sometimes while driving.

Pacer for teams has a simple interface which makes it very easy to use. It let you know about the duration and length of your walking in different ways, like your total steps, total distance traveled or the total duration you've been active physically. Its bar chart shows you the frequency of your movements and the distance covered in each countineous sesison. Along with numeric data, if you enable location services, it also plots your movement on map using GPS with distance marked along the path.
Cons
As you have to let it running all day in the background to keep a complete track of your activi8, it drains a lot of battery power, especially if using gps.
