It took a while to figure out we were getting charges on multiple levels, thereby significantly reducing the amount of our donors' gifts. We started using Gyve and have been very pleased. Very easy to set up and support is readily available. Biggest factor for us is that we pay a competitive percentage to the credit card companies but incur no other charges.
