When an online order is submitted by our customers, an audible voice alerts us that an order has been sent to our printer. A copy is sent to our email. A copy is sent to each manager's personal cell phone via text. We receive and automated phone call alerting our staff that there is an order on the printer. If the order monitor printer should fail, eHungry.com sends us a copy of the order by fax. This gives our staff the confidence that an order has not been missed.
