> **Pros**: This review website is terrible, but I'm writing this review in order to tell the world that Mail Backup X is the only way I found to save 50,000 e-mails from the years I spent working as a professor at one university, when I was moving to another university. I didn't want to lose all that correspondence, and you'd think it would be easy to export e-mails from Outlook for Mac and import them to Apple Mail... but no. It was impossible. IT support at my old institution was crap, IT support at my new institution didn't want to know about it.
So I hunted around... and only this product worked. Seriously. And only after I received extraordinarily, astoundingly good and helpful e-mail support. Seriously.

> **Pros**: My Thunderbird settings were wrong and I was on the verge of losing my 6 months' worth of emails along with office credentials sent by email.
My IT team tried everything and the last statement I received was I was indeed losing them all.
I tried my hands on Mail Backup X and it was ready to back up my Thunderbird emails.
It indeed saved my day.

Extra points to the support team.
