Room to Improve

Qliq still has room to improve. Recently there has been an increase in downtime.

Pros

Qliq makes creating chatbots fun and it is fairly straightforward to learn.

Cons

A couple of things were over-promised and under-delivered.

I also demoed Snap Engage and Next Patient. Qliq had the best demo process by far. They took the time to understand our business and write a very thoughtful proposal.

Secure Messaging made easy

Overall Qliq is a great product that is widely used and appreciated by our staff.

Pros

The application is easy to use and learn. The installation of Qliq on both desktop and mobile devices does not take a long time. Customer Service is relatively quick in responding to any issues. The features such as escalated notifications, urgent flags, group/broadcast, and delivery notifications are great. Our organization has seen a significant improvement on response time when using this application

Cons

On occasion when you have the same account running on multiple workstations/mobile devices some messages received are not sent to all workstations/mobile devices. Qliq Customer Service is quick on resolving this issue.

Good for small users

Homehealth communications with field nurses.

Pros

Its a HIPPAA regulated messenger for home health with encrypted messaging and file sharing.

Cons

Expensive, the charge per users, plus sending pictures is not clear, i wont allow to upload a higher quality picture or bigger files. For amount they charge they should update their app for a better quality.

Hippa compliant

I use this app for my job as a nurse. It’s easy to send pictures and videos. Very reliable and serves its purpose well

Very easy to use. Self explanatory, this software is fast and reliable.
Anyone can maneuver through

Cons

I find that having to sync the settings can be a pain at times especially when you need to get to a number fast.

Secure Messaging

Our users enjoy using Qliq to share secure messages and photos. It's helped speed up the process instead of sitting around waiting for an email.

Pros

One of the major pros about this software is that it is HIPPA compliant. You can also send secure messages and photos.

Cons

If you have users that are holding out on using then its not as seamless as it should be. You know total buy in from users.
