Good software for video analytics
The overall experience was promising with respect to the features they provide. However, they must continue to work on the user experience, look and feel of their product and website.
Pros
They provide an all-in-one solution for enterprise video management. Additionally, based on the videos, they provide effective analytics in a central dashboard, that can also be customized as per my needs. They also provide on-site engineers and provide a dedicated manager for the first few days.
Cons
As a first-time user, I did not like their website. My first impression was not good, and I did not get much info about their product by just reading the website.
