RevenueWell is like having a receptionist's assistant.
RevenueWell keeps us in constant contact with our patients through automated messaging, custom campaigns and social media. It makes my job so much easier because I can focus on the patients that are in the office and I am not constantly strapped to a phone. It frees up my day to do other things in the office and I would not be as efficient without it.
Pros
RevenueWell saves me so much time! I am the only person working the front desk, so the automated calls and text messages keep the phone lines open. Patient's are more likely to respond to a text, so I love that I can utilize this feature to keep in contact with our patients. I also utilize the software to remind patients of appointments, treatment plans and when they are due to schedule. I could not do my job alone without it. It is also VERY user friendly and I have had very little trouble using it.

Nothing. It is perfect for our practice needs.

I want more creative options
Overall, RevenueWell serves a great purpose in our offices. It gets the job done. It's user-friendly for those who want to send out custom campaigns, and for those who are not graphic design inclined. The customer service CANNOT be beat. Literally, everyone I have spoken with is helpful and our girl [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is the absolute best. Patient, helpful, efficient. She always answers broader questions and seems to understand more about what I'm asking for without me having to explain. Her level of service has helped me overlook a lot of the creative short-comings of this platform.
Pros
I love that our teams can communicate with patients who are due for their next appointment, and send one-off text messages inside the platform, and that we can narrow down the criteria for who gets certain campaigns.
Cons
I wish I didn't need help every time I try to get more specific when sending out custom campaigns that target a specific procedure code. Almost every time I try going it alone, I end up needing to reach out to learn about what I'm doing wrong. It's usually user error, however, the platform could be more intuitive and explanatory. I really want to be able to customize campaigns more. You are sort of stuck with the layouts they provide. They offer a lot of options and the platform is by no means limited. Maybe I just want to send more creative campaigns. Their templates are useful and their verbiage is helpful. The look-and-feel of their letters, however, is AWFUL. We avoid sending letters out as much as possible.

I guess they were less...salesy? I appreciate a product that stands alone without having to be shoved down our throats. It wasn't that they didn't have enthusiasm or good follow-through when we went through the demo, it's just that they didn't over-promise anything. Revenue Well your Office!
Pros
Our dental office has used Revenue Well for about the last year. The product is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. The customer service department is always helpful, patient, and quick to answer. It is one of our most valued software programs. It keeps our day on track with its scheduling and communication features. I can’t imagine work life without it!
Cons
Too many outages and periods of time where we could not get help in our office.

RevenueWell: NO REGRETS!
We've spent years using RevenueWell. The support is phenomenal. We switched before it fully integrated with our Dentrix PMS. We knew it would in time, and we were impressed enough with RW to patiently wait. We have not regretted our decision.
Pros
The best part of RevenueWell in our practice is the automated reminder system. So many patients appreciate the reminders! We're able to adjust the frequency and even the wording of each interaction (which has been essential during this pandemic.)
Cons
There are several times almost daily that the dashboard has to re-boot, and that interrupts anything we may be in the middle of.

Satisfied with RevenueWell
Overall, I am satisfied with RevenueWell. It is important to have automated reminders, recalls and text messaging.
Pros
RevenueWell is easy to use and my favorite features include automated reminders, recall messages, welcome emails with links to online patient forms, campaigns with ability to send bulk emails, and most important of all features, 2-way text messaging.
Cons
I often get kicked out of RevenueWell and have to log back in.

It is user friendly and is great with reminders.
Pros
It had the most features when we were shopping around.
Cons
If the reminders would also remind premed pts to take their premed.
If RW would know what forms needed to be updated (user set a time for each form to be updated for example: 1yr, 2yr, etc) and send it automatically with the reminder.

Pros
We have found RevenueWell relatively easy to set up and use. We like that you can send a message to everyone in the list or just a select few depending on what kind of message we are sending.
Cons
What we like least, is that the electronic forms would be additional fee to use. We would like to see it be apart of the monthly fee.

Life Saver
Being able to text patients personally is a game changer. A lot of people can look at a text and respond quicker than listening to a message and then remember to actually call us back. They can quickly respond to whatever request we had.!!
Pros
The appointment reminders are the most important reason we chose this product. The easy set up and personalization of it made us love it. We do not have time to call and confirm patient's everyday. The patient's tell us daily how they love being reminded! There's no way they can say they did not know when there appointment was set! Being able to text a patient is AMAZING!
Cons
A con that would be helpful is in the appointment section that allows us to look at who is scheduled is if it could mark whether the patient was scheduled for hygiene or the doctor. Also, when we text a patient we have to scroll clear up or down on the text messages sent. This was not like this before. When we went to text a patient the last or end of the messages popped up not the entire list of messages ever sent. Bummed about that.

Definitely helps increase revenue!
Being able to reach out to patients for treatment, recall, post-op, definitely helps keep patients connected and increases our revenue.
Pros
Being able to text patients with our office phone number helps tremendously. Also, the forms option allows patients to electronically fill out all necessary information prior to their appointment. This has helped a lot with COVID and reopening our practice and minimizing contact.
Cons
I do not like that it does not allow patients to schedule their own appointment. We found good use with online scheduling with our other software. However, I have been told that it is in the works

Saves Time
It takes our staff a lot less time to confirm that patients are coming to their appointments.
Pros
I like that you can customize a lot of different areas, such as the campaigns e-mails/texts that can be sent to our patients. It's very helpful if your company has a policy change or if the office is closed due to bad weather, etc. you are able to message your patients all at one time.
Cons
It was easy to integrate with Eaglesoft. Sometimes I feel like patients get too many messages/reminders, but this is able to be customized.

This program helps my front desk streamline everyday operations.
Pros
It started out as a trial run. That grew into many years of satisfied consumer usage. We like the additional support for patient communication and the freedom to expand the usage if and when we desire.
Cons
I do not look at it that way. If it was free that might be better but you usually get what you pay for.

Pros
Easy to use and set up, Revenue Well helps us communicate with our patients with ease. They are able to text us regarding their appointment times, fill out their paperwork and consent forms online, and confirm all appointments with their smart phone.

The consent forms are a bit hard to find. It would be easier if they were placed in a different section than under the forms.

Recommend, but could be better
RevenueWell was imperative to our office. It was dependable and ran smoothly. It lacked a few options that other companies offered at the time, but since then, they have also started offering those other features, and are likely one of the very best on the market.
Pros
It was a great behind the scenes helper for our practice. Set it and forget it basically. It helped save us so much time on reminders and follow ups and it was easy to customize.
Cons
The two way texting system was not user friendly, though I have heard that they have improved it since we last used it. They also, at the time, did not offer pop ups for our patients which is now a very important tool that we use.

Revenue Well is apart of my daily job
Pros
The feature I like most is the text messaging feature. Getting ahold of a patient can sometimes be difficult. Texting them allows them to send back a quick text versus trying to find time to call.
Cons
The only complaint I have with revenue well is the amount of errors and outages it has. But even then it's usually a quick turn around time
