> **Pros**: I like how you can set it and forget it for the text reminders.

> **Cons**: I didn't like when we had an issue where none of our review texts were getting to our customers, and we didn't get a new review for a couple months, and we figured out what was going on, and no one from Mechanic Advisor realized that was happening, or looked into in until we brought it up.

> **Pros**: It is easy to use, it allows me SMS message my customers singly or in groups, it follows up on unsold work, with thank yous after work performed. An all around great product

> **Cons**: THere was a glitch in it sweeping my emails and getting all the customers into their database. TOok some time to make it work.
