The platform is generally user friendly and integrates well into daily workflows for staff handling prescriptions and patient follow-up. > > **Cons**: One downside is that approval turnaround times still heavily depend on the insurance company, so delays can happen even when everything is submitted correctly. Some requests may require additional clinical documentation or duplicate submissions depending on the payer.
