> **Pros**: It is very user friendly, the customer service is very good - quickly responsive - most often issues are resolved quickly\!

> **Cons**: Occasionally, as with any software, glitches are not able to be explained as to what caused the issue.  Very functional and very user friendly.  For a small company, ATS has been very responsive to our needs.
