We have been using Versatile Enterprise from Zasio Enterprises along with the Versatile Imaging Module for many years. Versatile Enterprise allows us to manage our records and information from cradle to grave in all formats following the information lifecycle. We manage our active records, inactive records, retention schedule, images, etc. I cannot say enough good things about the Versatile Enterprise software, the technical support, the entire company. Versatile Enterprise allows us to manage our information (paper files to scanned images to electronic records) and retention schedule all in one product. > > Versatile Enterprise assists us in managing our information. We can quickly locate the information we are looking for and get that information to the correct person saving time and money. We run annual notice of destruction reports so our departments can quickly pull those files up for destruction or transfer their historical information to the University Archives. And it would be helpful if you could paste lists of item numbers when running reports rather than having to enter each one individually. > > We started using Versatile software in 1992, and have used it continuously since then, except for a few years around the Y2K ocurence when our I/T group wanted to switch to ensure the continuity of our operations. The entire group, from the president to the technicians to the office staff, has been very accessible and extremely helpful.
