However with the customizable forms, users can navigate to applicable portions using dropdowns. I have a range of employees from 20 to 60 year old workers, all found the program easy to use and simple. I also had an audit recently and the auditor was able to log into our archive and perform the audit on documentation easily, saved a pile of time. > > **Cons**: Not much to complain about, I suppose I have mentioned this to the engineering team a few times, but when signing the form, you have the opportunity to choose anyone on/off site, so I could sign off as the CEO if I wanted.
