What I really want to write a review about was their implementation consulting and how they used TLM to prioritize creating compliance solutions that maximized what we were already doing out of common sense, and with TLMs help, only had to add a few minor controls that were easy to incorporate into our existing way of doing things. I've just heard a bunch of stories from peers who claim that ISO adds all this non-value added, time consuming work, and it's important to know that they have the opposite philosophy. They want to use TLM to improve your business, and simply comply with ISO along the way. We think this is one of the most important characteristics of the overall TLM package that should not be overlooked in a purchasing decision. > > **Cons**: To be honest I think I was the biggest "Con" in the whole process due to my lack of experience. We pushed that concept to the extreme by molding TLM into our main business tool for managing reinsurance claims using a combination of electronic forms, customer feedback, and the TLM Checklist feature.We can also back up all the other awesome reviews about their customer service. We are a reinsurance company in Zambia Africa and the TLM Support staff can always be engaged to address our needs and provides remote access support to our local TLM installation without any problems or surprise costs.If you haven't found anything that seems like a perfect fit, definitely contact these guys for a demo.
