SnapEval 2.0 offers instant capture of employee performance feedback using either the web portal or mobile app. Other functions include the ability of HR professionals to proactively coach managers about the most effective employee performance feedback before the employee receives it. The SnapEval 2.0 mobile app includes voice recognition capability so that feedback can be captured instantly through dictation.
