> **Pros**: Switched from a software to this due to the cost of the other one as this is much cost effective. Software is very easy to us. It is also easy to add products at the backend. It helps with managing all Event reservations and it can accommodate a lot of facilities as well.

> **Cons**: It's expensive to add more users. There are issues with frequent logouts during use and this leads to unsaved work, and it frustrating to have to log back in repeatedly, especially when working with clients, and to have to redo work due to unsaved data
> 
> One thing I love about this software is the fact that you can see the sales forecast for the whole year at a glance.

> **Cons**: I do not like that you have to recreate the same event even if its just the same as before. I can change the date of the event, but it carries all the info over from past event, which I what I want, but I also want to be able to save the previous contract.

> It seems like I'm constantly having to log back in and my work won;t save. This is especially frustrating when typing as I'm with a costumer and then have to start over and go over the same details again in order not to miss anything.&#10;There is also the issue of not having the event date, but only the contract date appear on the invoices. This leads to confusion and constant questions from customers.&#10;Also, the reporting is not ideal and sometimes hard to understand. It would be helpful to be able to pull a report of events based on the event month and not the contract date.

The support I received from the representative whenever I had a question was 2nd to none...very quick and always explained in a manner easy to understand.&#13;&#10;  I highly recommend this program for hotels, caterers, restaurants etc...
