Modento features far outperform the competition. Aside from basically having a digital new employee (for a fraction of the cost), the paperless check in, treatment planning, consent forms and voicemail drops are definitely our favorite features so far. There is not a single thing to dislike. > > **Cons**: Initially, integration with Eaglesoft was limited, however I was informed that advanced integration was in process. To text a patient you can't create a new chat you would have to create a whole new person in dentrix or wait for an updated phone number which would take a while. You can't change an email in Dental intelligence you would also have to do that through dentrix and still would take a long time to transfer over, making some situations uncomfortable with the patient waiting for an email. The insurance eligibility does not work on very many company's so we would have to call the insurance even though we pay to have insurance eligibility. > > We are not a fan of Dental intelligence and would not recommend this to any dental office until they have fixed their issues or taken into consideration the issues that offices are having. They also have an online scheduling that keeps track of HYG past due, unscheduled TX, broken appointments and can pull from our ASAP list\! Even if you do not want patients to be able to make their own apt (we do not) the rest of the information that DI can tack is so worth it, and to be able to pull from the ASAP list is a game changer\! Plus, they offer so much more, really is the best engagement system we have used\! > > **Cons**: We do not use the Analytics.
