> **Pros**: The deployment is almost immediate and you can be working in few moments from signing the contract. The learning curve to implement basic features is very small. The options to personalize it are very interesting, througn no-code, low-code or coding options

> **Pros**: La solución tiene la facilidad de construir en inhouse, el Athento cuenta y entrega todos los recursos necesarios para que la organización se autonoma en la contrucción de flujos internos. Athento permite la exposicion de formularios a los clientes para solicitud de información y documentos eliminando el uso de correos electronicos y permitiendo que los documentos e información ingrese directamente al proceso sin necesidad de capas intermedias. Altamente adaptable, cumpliendo varios de los estandares de seguridad, amplio paquetes de API para integrarse a otras aplicaciones, varios modelos de firma electronica.

> **Cons**: Reportes de BI, si bien se pueden pasar datos a un reporteador como Power BI,  se puede mejorar los tableros propios de la solución

> Se tienen procesos de siniestros, gestion humana, ARL, Contabilidad, Emision, integracion a portales, CRM, Procesamiento inteligente de facturas integrado con tecnologias RPA, gestion y firma de contrato de proveedores, control de multiples correos electronicos con porcesamiento inteligente.

> **Pros**: Que permite tener un repositorio de las facturas y sus soportes, así como del ciclo de la vida que ha tenido cada expediente

> **Cons**: Que no cuenta con la posibilidad de generar reportes e informes para el control de la operación, Los  dos reportes existentes dado el volumen de registros se satura y genera dificultades para tener la data en un lapso de tiempo debemos acudir a herramientas adicionales.

> Me encanta la claridad de lo que si se puede obtener y lo que no con el producto de Athento.  La asesoría de implementación  es muy clara y de gran aporte para el resultado de la operación. 
La ayuda y apoyo por parte de las personas de Athento en mi experiencia individual siempre he tenido la respuesta y acompañamiento.

> **Pros**: El producto es fácil de configurar y cumple con los estándares normativos. Se integra fácilmente con las aplicaciones de la empresa y tiene todo cubierto para manejo integral de los flujos documentales, esta integrado con el correo, one drive y via firma y eso ya es muy ganador para la gestión documental

> **Cons**: Creo que se puede mejorar la forma de desplazamiento dentro de un formulario cuando hay muchos campos. Mejorar la experiencia de visualización de los documentos y expedientes. que no se puedan enviar los documentos a varios destinatarios en el mismo mensaje de correo electronico.

> Con Athento estamos pudiendo controlar los procesos con los informes estadísticos, los controles de tareas, notificaciones y tiempos de atención de requerimientos sobre todo legales. El equipo de trabajo es muy organizado y eficiente y el soporte tecnológico funciona bien.
