Based on the results, HR managers receive recommendations for action. These are derived from statistical and scientific correlations as well as data- based findings.

To track the impact of the results, a combined view of company and HR metrics as well as their influencing factors is presented. The reporting includes detailed analytics and individual dashboards on critical topics. There is the possiblity to track surveys and taken initiatives over time and on different company levels.
