Exactly what we needed
Pros
Fundingo had specific functionality that was already inline with our processes in both origination and servicing. The implementation process was customized to our needs and the team worked closely with us to hit our deployment target date.
Cons
Additional features can be tough to implement because they have a number of clients to think of when they are making changes to the applications. This is something you have to consider with any managed application in Salesforce. With that said we have successfully deployed a handful of changes after implementation.

Extremely Flexible
Pros
The FUNDINGO loan origination system is extremely flexible and streamlines the whole origination process.
Cons
The software requires a Salesforce license for each user and the support hours are on time and material.
