The Excel client is very powerful for using built in macro's to analyse the data based with our user defined fields. The web interface (ResourceFirst) is easy to use and makes it relatively simple for the team to capture and submit their time. The reporting capability out of the web interface also provides some excellent dashboard capability to enable improved visibility across the organization. > > **Cons**: The company is relatively small, which enables them to offer the desired price point. The down side is when new version updates are released, we frequently find issues in the new release.
