The UI and UX is well taken care making the learning path very soft and motivating everyone to participate on the answering to the challenges of the company. The social side of giving and commenting ideas allows that simple idea evolve to mature concepts that later can be implemented easily and after being discuss in bigger groups. > > **Cons**: Nothing special. Create new "projects" or innovation challenges as they're called 2. In each of the challenge it was great to i) create a new idea; ii) participate in different ideas from different people; I also liked a lot the collaboration spirit the tool promoted around each of the ideas. > > **Cons**: There's nothing the tool could do more.
