> **Cons**: Bulk user uploads only allow for basic creation and not configuration. We add a lot of new lists and need to be able to assign users in bulk, but the current interface requires each individual to be configured.

> **Pros**: Two weeks ago we switched to Convoso at Pitch Perfect, and what I liked most is how smooth and efficient the whole workflow feels for me. Everything I need is right in front of me, so I’m not wasting time searching through menus or clicking around. The dialer is fast, the interface is simple, and it keeps me focused on actually talking to people instead of waiting between calls.&#10;&#10;I also really appreciate how easy it is to access my call recordings directly from the call log. It makes reviewing calls or confirming details quick and stress‑free. Overall, Convoso helps me stay organized, productive, and consistent throughout my shift — and that’s the part I value the most.

When I set a callback and the notification pops up at the bottom right corner, it only stays for a second and then disappears. Once it disappears, I can’t click it again or reopen it from the screen. I don’t like that because it makes it easy to miss the callback I just scheduled, and I can’t go back to that exact notification once it’s gone.
