In my last experience, I had to produce a huge book collection from the scratch during the coronavirus pandemic in a brand new company. There wasn't a physical office, staff, or platform. In 3 or 4 weeks we put everybody on board: picture researchers, graphic designers, illustrators, text editors, cartographers and book reviewers.
