> We have been customer with POS touch and Shift4 for about 10 years. When we switch to an other provider for a big improvement in hardware, reporting and so on, they never cancelled our subscription. We have been charge for 15 months in the raw. we asked them why nobody reach out to us regarding this matter, the staff was absolutely incompetent and rude. 
We have not recommended working with them to all our friend in Restaurant industry. The service is probably the worse possible and it's almost impossible to talk to someone, they do that on propose for you to pay

> **Cons**: when you call for issues, you're on the phone for ever. If you have a Server that runs a credit card on the wrong check and the guest has already left, you as the merchant eat that check amount\! Shift 4 is our processor but cannot help you retrieve a credit card mistake\! Find another processor\!
