DJT Properties requires the best payment processor and what we got was not up to par. It crashed on us multiple times and we had trouble with it even after they sent out technicians to fix the terminals. Even though our hotel was in DC and centrally located it took a long time for anyone to figure it out. > > Poor customer service with bad technology for transacting in the hotel industry. Look elsewhere for better reliable solutions that work well. If you are a similar company or industry as DJT then check out something else.
