DebtView is easy to learn and simple to use with an intuitive design and agent-friendly screens. The software is suitable for any business looking to collect debts, whether first-party or third-party collections. If you are currently outsourcing your debt collection, DebtView is a low cost, low-risk way to save money and potentially improve recovery rates. There are no hardware requirements and no set-up fees. You pay monthly for the number of users required and can cancel at any time. Some of our customers use DebtView as a challenger to their outsourcing partners. Primary features include case management, workflow automation, instalment plans, arrears monitoring, linked cases/instalment plans, multi-channel communications, external mail house integration, commission and fee administration, and Interest calculation (including LPCDA), Litigation and High Court enforcement. At the heart of the system is the automated workflow. Depending on your strategy requirements, you can build an unlimited number of workflows using the drag and drop designer. The workflow runs daily to generate your letters, emails, SMS items, and much more. With two-way SMS messaging built directly into the software and driven by the workflow, you can initiate conversations with your debtors within minutes of loading new cases. DebtView is integrated with many external solutions, such as Dropbox/OneDrive, email, SMS, credit/debit card processing, IVR payments, Click to Pay, ZatPark, etc. Updates can be applied to many scenarios using the batch processing functionality, which vastly reduces manual intervention. The software is constantly being updated with enhancements and new features/integrations. Updates are free and are always done out of hours. UK business hours support is included in the subscription cost. DebtView runs on Microsoft Azure. With data centres located around the globe, DebtView can be accessible in almost any country, using any culture and multiple currencies. Azure is up to 98 per cent more carbon efficient than using a traditional enterprise data centre. This fitted with our budget as a smaller/start up collection agency, and when I looked under the hood I realised that this was something that would be future proof as our business grew. I was not looking for the cheapest option at the time, but I wanted bang for my buck. The team at DebtView made the whole onboarding process very easy for me. They are responsive to any questions I have, and address system update requests promptly. I can honestly say I have been very impressed by DebtView. The amount of time this has saved me has been well worth the money thus far, and I feel as if I only really scratch the surface on it's capabilities.
