Components of a task are scattered everywhere, and not logical to find. Please reorganize your navigation and redesign the interface with the end user in mind. > > It's been horrible. I've had a different contact ever few months. Cinc is constantly rolling out new items (that don't work). I submit tickets for help and they close them before any resolution. Cinc has not focused on fixing their base system of their product. They've been too focused on partnering with others to provide add-on features that they can charge more for. My Boards HATE the ARC process. Tags don't work when sending autogenerated emails to ARC committees, but Cinc won't fix it. I can't even send broadcast emails with emojis or images in the body of the email. There is a large learning curve, jumping into it was much harder than it would be to grow with it or ease in.
