Users are also given the option to edit the HTML directly, which is not possible on a lot of the more popular platforms. > > **Cons**: The (English language) documentation is poorly written and includes advice about HTML coding for email which is clearly very much out of date. There is no built in support for preheader/preview text, which is very important in email marketing - support advises to edit the HTML directly, which is not a great option for non-technical users. The pricing tiers jump from free, to €15 per month, to €41.25 per month and then an high volume option for €495 per month, which does not seem to make much sense.
