The base program can support multiple concurrent users in a local network or remote application configuration using any Microsoft Access version 32 or 64 bit. The following lists some of the key features of the program: - An unlimited number of client companies, students, office/classroom locations, login staff/instructors, curricula, courses, classes and sessions can be setup. Additional support tables also allow user specified, unlimited dropdown list options for a variety of student, company and course related information. - Each class can have multiple classroom locations, multiple instructors and multiple sessions assigned. At least one of each must be provided but placeholder defaults can be used. - Class sessions can have different instructors assigned to each and class size is set per course and class. Seats are restricted based on class size and changeable only by those staff authorized to add / edit scheduled classes. An optional financial module can be used to track invoices and payments. - Conflict checking is monitored by the program at the classroom and instructor levels during class setup entry. Students can also have enrollments checked for date/time conflicts during manual entry. - - -- Online registrations are the responsibility of the students, not conflict checked prior to confirmation. - Class reminders, confirmation letters and many other reports can be printed and mailed, or emailed as pdf files to students and company representatives. Any report printed on the screen can be saved as a PDF file for later filing or emailing. - Certificates can be printed for class completions, curriculum completions and even company and staff commendations. Multiple layouts, sizes, and templates are included with a full designer screen that allows authorized users to build any number of saved layouts. Student pictures, logos, borders and instructor signatures can be incorporated and, with a proper printer, even ID badges can be printed. - Student pictures can be linked, viewed in the screens and printed on certificates. - Surveys can be built into the program with many types of questions and responses. Student answers are linkable by enrollment or anonymously by the class. Summary reports can be printed by the class or date range with filters for location, instructor, survey and question. - Documents can be linked to courses, classes, students and more with quick view and email capabilities. Many reports are available in the program to preview or print: - For the class attendance activity of the students by any date range, by enrollment date, completion date, class date or expiration date, filtered by company/student/curriculum or course with various sorting and grouping capabilities preset - For class schedule listings arranged by date, course group, course and session. Filtered by instructor, course, company, date range, class status and more - For class rosters with multi sessions, attendance, test scores and no show notations - For class confirmation receipts to email or mail to the student or related company - For monthly or weekly calendars of classes, with or without linked room/instructor info - For additional simple list reports and address labels that can be designed and saved by the users within the program - For statistical review, library activity, member listing and contact information review - Letters can be built for membership renewals and student expiration reminders The full database is also available to inhouse techs for further report or informational queries “behind the scenes” if desired. There are not only one or two reports which can be selected. There is a large variety which the user can then modify to meet their specific needs. These tools can help greatly to map where you have been but more importantly to identify trends and where training may be heading. Class Registrar also has the ability to link documents to courses and students.
