The "hired-to-retired" onboarding workflow is a massive time-saver, allowing us to send out digital offer letters and new hire packets in minutes. The mobile app is also a standout; our team actually uses it to request PTO and check the org chart, which keeps everyone connected in a hybrid environment, allowing us to better manage our small business.  Customer support for the software has been minimal, as it does what it is supposed to do, but pleasant and easy when needed.  The cost for this software seems well worth it, considering what is gained from it, and has significantly brought the business's HR costs down.

> **Cons**: Setting up benefit open enrollment can be a little tricky, but overall is a great feature. Employees have mentioned they would like to be able to see their paystubs at least a day before they get paid.

Moving to BambooHR has given us one place to do it all, and it's incredible the amount of time we've saved and how much positive feedback we've received from employees.
