> **Pros**: Après réception des résultats, nous avons pu réduire fortement le nombre de candidatures retenues, et en conséquence, diminuer la durée de notre recrutement.

> Depuis bientôt un an, mon équipe et moi-même travaillons sur la refonte du processus de recrutement de notre entreprise. Nous voulons repérer les compétences des candidats le plus tôt possible et ne pas perdre du temps avec trop d’entretiens. Nous avions pensé aux tests de compétences mais notre plateforme a une capacité limitée, nous avons donc cherché des solutions et avons découvert Mereos.
Mise à part sa plateforme de tests surveillés, l’équipe de Mereos nous a aidé à mettre au point des tests de compétences adaptés aux postes visés.
