Follow thru lacked and several parts and ons weren't activated. Once we got a hold of someone the team itself is great, but sometimes it is impossible to get ahold of support. There is one number for everything and if you're on hold and get to number one and it's been too long you get hung up on. I have learned the better times to call and it is better but support could use work.
