> **Pros**: La facilidad y amigabilidad del software para diseñar casos de uso que permiten a la organización mantener registros, procesos y procedimientos en una sola plataforma digital, además de que permite contar con la información en tiempo real para tomar decisiones sobre los procesos (Industria 4.0).

> **Cons**: No encontré contras durante la implementación y el uso. Hay funcionalidades que serían útiles a la hora de generar Work Instructions o Checklist, pero el desarrollador las va incluyendo y hacen más sencilla la creación de dichos casos de uso.
