About Edvance360
Edvance360 Learning Management Software is a cloud-based learning management system that provides online learning programs for K-12, higher education and corporate training departments. The system features online lesson management, progress tracking, online certificate generation, along with an in-house social network.
Admin features include homepage personalization, allowing for progress tracking for students other departments. The included course building wizard, Lite Wizard, allows admin users to interact, create courses and update testing materials in real-time. Admins can also set up automated reminders and messages to communicate with users, and create and share events by utilizing the internal calendar feature.
The report feature generates lesson progress reports, test details, and individual user or group progress tracking. Users can collaborate with one another and participate in lessons together by utilizing the community group feature.
Edvance360 is both Mac and PC compatible, and can be utilized remotely from any location with WiFi capabilities.

A painless way to learn.
a lot
Pros
Using this software, it was easy for me to learn my classes that I need to learn. I actually prefer to learn this way and hope I will be using this software next year.
Cons
The only thing I didn't like about this software was the UI on my phone. Other than that I had no problems with it.

Great LMS for Non-Profits
Pros
Edvance360 offers all the LMS features our clients need at an affordable price. As a non-profit entity it is important for us to offer a LMS service at a low cost and Edvance360 allows us to do that. Creating and developing the front-end of the LMS and eCommerce page was fairly simple and Edvance360 staff was supportive and responsive. Edvance360 Help Desk is extremely responsive for general issues related to the LMS. We successfully utilize this LMS to facilitate teacher professional development and as a secondary student platform.
Cons
I submitted a request for custom features in August and did not receive a reply. After several follow-ups it was agreed to revisit the request in late fall. I followed up again in mid-late October and have not yet received a reply. More timely communication from the development team would be wonderful. Occasionally we will have a technology issue requiring the developers to be involved. These issues take an extremely long time to correct. We currently have multiple open help desk tickets within the feature queue that have not been resolved due to the development team. Several of these tickets have been ongoing requests/issues for over a year.

We prioritize custom requests by 1) the number of clients that would benefit, and 2) the cost in manpower (since most customizations are provided to clients at no charge).

E360 is not as innovative as the rest of its competitors, but does work for the price
It was a great product for starting out implementing an LMS. It is very easy to administer.
Pros
It is great if you have a lower budget and are trying to get a good LMS implemented. From an administrative standpoint, it is very easy to see login history for users. For teachers, it is very easy to see a class roster.
Cons
The support was very much lacking. Any time we had an issue, it felt like it was a struggle to get a decent response from customer service. The UI is old and outdated. For the size school we have, it does not seem to keep up.

Edvance360 is a Solid Basic LMS
Edvance360 is able to customize their system to meet specific requirements, which is great for smaller more unique organizations like mine. The support team is friendly and very knowledgable. Once the system is up and running it is very stable and my users find the user experience to be straightforward and uncluttered with lots of screen distraction. The UI is responsive, so it works on mobile devices, another features my users require.
Pros
Using Edvance360 to build courses is very easy. The user interface is intuitive and the available tools are all designed to meet industry standards. Students have an easy time navigating the courses and that is extremely important to our organization.
Cons
The reporting and admin features are not organized well. To get data out of the system, you have to go to many different places inside the admin panel. It really is a patch work of un-united features that was assembled based on diverse customer requests without looking at the admin experience as a whole.

E360 Review
Overall we've had a great experience. When bugs and issues have come up they have been quick to address items and put fixes in place. Additionally they are always open to suggestions and have been able to put into place several items that we're requested to have use of.
Pros
We've been able to customize many parts of the software to suit our needs and to allow faculty freedom in the course process use the aspects that best fit their teaching methods
Cons
There are some integration's that don't work very well so have had to do some extra work to accommodate for that. The video conferencing add on has given us the most trouble.

Edvance360 Review
Edvance360 has been a great transition for our school. The faculty and students have all adapted well and been able to use the system successfully. There are a couple of features that would be welcome additions but we've been able to work around and find solutions for things that we've needed.
Pros
Easy to use, allows for various levels of admin/user permissions, simple for students.
Cons
Set up can be time consuming for Gradebooks, files are all download only vs view in a new window/tab, we've had various issues with test functions.

Great for distance learning programs!
Pros
Since our community is composed of small nearby islands, we can't be travelling every single day just to go to college. Our college has established many online learning system for years and Edvance360 is the most efficient one that student, regardless of age, can easily understand and learn after using it a few times. It provides more tools compared to the other online learning softwares that we previously have tried, like the completion of the work to do, the automatic updates of work done, the automatic grade updates and other bunch of stuff.
Cons
Discussion forums is still useful even after the chapter discussion is done, since it can still be a reference to the next chapter and to the exams as well. So it would be nice if you can still open the previous discussions even after the closing date.

Not sure if you are a student, but if you are, your instructor's should open a community or group for the discussion instead of just using the discussion tool inside the course - that way it's limited to just the course! Alternatively, they could use their blog for the discussions, which are always available at all times. Your admin might need to turn these things on, but we love your feedback!

Fabulous Collection of Advice & Amazing Collaboration Tool
Pros
This platform makes it possible to find out how other Professionals have handled struggles and found sucess handling similar situations that I am experiencing. It allows me to discover new ideas and state goes to try when I have exhausted my own "toolbox". I love that I can have collaborative discussions and problem solving sessions and get input from a group made up culturally diverse professionals.
Cons
So much to choice from and search through one can get side-tracted VERY easily. I always find my self "off track" and it can be hard to find something that I originally planned to engage in.

Edvance 360 Review
The quality of the product is excellent and it is a great value for the cost. The staff and the students all find it very easy to use. The only function that I would like to see is the ability to send out an "out of office" message for all incoming emails. I would also like to have both a regular cc and a blind cc.

For the most a good product
Overall, this software is user friendly and has basic features for online courses so for the price I believe it is a good value. The one issue I have is the lack of integration with KanopySIS (ABHE Solutions software). This was one of the exceptional selling points for us, yet the integration is yet to be accomplished. Also, you may want to consider upgrading your product by including some of the issues I have raised in my Help requests.

Not Helpful
Their support team wasn't very helpful anytime I had an issue. One issue took two months to resolve and our employees were unable to complete the content I created outside of the LMS. Also, this LMS is designed more for educational institutions.
Pros
You are able to customize the site. You're able to change the default wording/phrases too.
Cons
Designed for educational institutions. Anytime you wanted to create a design change, you had to create a support ticket. Changing the wording/phrases was confusing. Not all the words change with the new customization.

for LMS, look no further than e360!
As a veteran teacher (high school and university level) I have worked with several leading LMS platforms over the years. While I have found them helpful, organizational, they have consistently been a turn-off for students (and me), often confusing and impersonal, a dark cloud in my classroom.
Finally, e360 was a breath of fresh air! After a year of working closely with e360's LMS software, It is clear that they blow the competition away. Their student interfaces are simple, intuitive and highly customization. The back-end is robust and well-organized. Perhaps most importantly, the help team was outstandingly responsive and knowledgeable'Always! Not once was I stuck with technical questions and tasks! I have nothing but superlatives for this outstanding software and the friendly, professional team that stands behind it. If you are looking for the best LMS, look no further than e360!

Edvance360 - Extraordinaire
Edvance360's Learning Management System is truly a state of the art system. Before finding Edvance360, our company had tried 4 other Learning Management Systems that were both cumbersome and confusing for our end-users, could not deliver our product satisfactorily to our customers and were not cost effective. Then we discovered Edvance306, and we have been extremely pleased with all aspects of their management system. The program, while not totally intuitive, is easy to learn and understand. The training program is the most outstanding and most thorough that we've encountered. Technical support is prompt with responses and "fixes" and open to considering suggestions and alternatives that have enhanced the delivery to our end users.
If you are looking for the best in the Learning Management Industry, I strongly suggest you look no further than Edvance360.

As a business owner, I reviewed several LMS products and met with teams of experts who demonstrated their products for my need to publish Project Management course content for secondary-level students and school districts. Edvance360, by far, exceeded my expectations and needs. They offered an easy-to-use tool for loading my courseware, setting up a grade book, and adding quizzes and tests. Their LMS framework helped to organize the materials, allowing students to access only what they needed, and provided teachers with the flexibility to customize the lesson plans as needed. It's a one-stop shop for online courseware and the students love it! My customers, the teachers, are surprised how easy it is to learn and use, and give it a thumbs-up all the way around! Great Learning Management System!
Pros
It's easy to stay organized with this software. It's nice to be able to E-file documents. Paperless was one of the best things that's ever happened to me.
Cons
I dislike that this software does not come with the Tin Can API. I feel this software could become much greater then the current LMS with the Tin Can API.
