Our firm was with larger product which became less economically feasible as our practice contracted during COVID. I read a bit about the SimpleLaw and it sounded like it would fit. I met with the sales and training team and gave it a try. It's been just what we needed. It's certainly different than what we had, but it's simple to learn and the customer service has been stellar. > > **Cons**: It's perhaps not as robust as some other options, but honestly, we don't need a lot of that functionality, we don't even use all that SimpleLaw has to offer. I will state SimpleLaw is very responsive to feedback; reports we previously relied upon for time keeping and invoicing which did not exist in SimpleLaw...I made a comment and SimpleLaw is going to move those reports into their next release/update. Not much more you can ask for in my opinion. > > It's been pretty seamless. Of course not all the fields from the prior product match up perfectly, so there are some frustrations with integration, but that was expected. The SimpleLaw team did all of the integration from my export files and worked with me to match up what we could and make sure the "essentials" were covered. I've provided feedback to the team as to things I felt would be helpful to our practice (based on functionality we had previously) and they have been incredibly responsive.
