The process of doing daily uploads is simple, and onboarding new clients is easy. The initial setup took some time, but there were no major issues and our implementation specialist was very knowledgeable and responsive. What I especially like is that the implementation specialist that installed our system has stayed on our case and is still the person handling any ongoing support needs. This means that a relationship can be built, and that we don't have to explain the ins and outs of our system whenever we have a support query (which doesn't happen often). The software makes invoicing for the company way faster than having to add them manually.
