> The BSH system will help you and your workplace complete and demonstrate the main requirements of the Safety Act, Regulations codes and ISO standards by providing a robust framework and functions. The platform will also help your team with understanding and completing their tasks. &#10; &#10;With the BSH Training Matrix you can send out to any single person or to your entire company for completions, any type of on-boarding documents or in-house developed training such as inductions, verification of competency (VOC), competency to operate (CTO), tool-box talks contracts, letters of offer or position descriptions. When training forms are completed or the information is receipted by signature by the person/s, the completed forms can be reviewed and approved and if not completed correctly sent back to them. Once approved they will then land into the training matrix under the correct person/s name. The Training Matrix keeps all training in one place and shows upcoming, about to expire and expired training or certs. You can also share any training or cert with anyone.   &#10;&#10;When forms are built using the BSH Form Builder, you can add any type of pre-populated information or instruction known as Triggers. You can do this for one or more selections the person may choose. Once the person completing the form makes a specific selection, they will see the instruction they need to follow or the required information to help them. You can also add confirmations and actions to these triggers so you know the person completing the form has implemented the instruction or understands the information. If they don't understand, they can let you know straight from the form. &#10; &#10;The BSH Risk Assessment section allows you to choose and modify your matrix, add to your library, develop your templates and set review timings. It informs the on-site workgroups when filling out your SWMS what license or training is required for the specific task step and lists the people that have that correct training so they can be selected to complete the task. This training process can be added by management when setting the mandated company standards within the Risk Library. &#10;&#10;The BSH Risk Assessment section also allows management or officers to set company-specific mandated controls for hazards. These specific controls or Instructions can be added to the risk library and will demonstrate the due diligence requirement that company officers are obligated to. Once these mandated controls are inputted they are automatically added to the SWMS when the workgroup selects the hazard that they are aligned with.&#10;&#10;The Risk Assessment process has an in-built change management section for when something has changed or the mandated controls cannot be applied. This process is an easy real-time electronic process requested from the workgroup, reviewed and approved by management and if needed, sent to a Client for their review and approval. This electronic approval process can have your teams back working while maintaining compliance.&#10;&#10;The Electronic Risk Assessment comes with an automatic audit feature. The audit is set when a risk assessment (SWMS) is set for use. You can select specific tasks or the complete SWMS to be audited as well as choose who does the audit. The audit link with photos along with a snapshot of the findings is kept on the bottom of the SWMS as well as all upcoming audits. &#10;&#10;The BSH Knowledge Centre helps your team locate the systems, processes and forms against plants, people and projects that are required to plan and execute all scope of work. Set as many prompt search words in your own company language you want and assign as many full procedures or parts thereof and forms for completion against these prompt words. You can also add when something is to happen and who is responsible to do it.
