MATLAB Review

I had used MATLAB for around 3 years for modelling and simulation of flight control systems of aircraft.

Pros

MATLAB is based on mathematical and physics equation's which makes simulation and modeling very easy task.It is most widely used tool in the robotics industry.

Cons

Sometimes simulation takes more than 24 hours to run and generate result.

MatLab is super bad

The worst experience with any programming language ever.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about MatLab.

Cons

The interface, the documentation, the syntax, essentially everything.

Data analysis and Signal processing made easier

I use MATLAB for analysing data and finding out patterns in the datasets as it works well with large datasets. It is also useful for digital signal and image processing.

Pros

It is easy to visualise data using MATLAB. There are a lot of resources and tutorials available online for learning MATLAB. It comes with various built-in libraries which can be used directly in our code.

Cons

MATLAB requires high computational resources for running because of which it becomes slow sometimes. Also, as the size of the software is large, it takes up a lot of storage space.
