And I think they need to work on customer services as well, we waited too long to get an answer even it is a basic thing for us. > > we had a chance to work with Polarion QA in our customer's environment which is a manufacture company also. We have been told that it is a bit costly but they choose it because they have very good relationship with Siemens.
