Additionally I suspect the outsourced providers’ calculations aren’t being checked closely by Native Teams. - legally required insurance not being provided (Kenya - WIBA) - NT unable to provide a breakdown of employer costs tying up to invoiced employer cost despite me asking several times to enable me to check - errors in payroll calculations They also say invoices will be provided by a certain date but these deadlines are only recently being met. > > From my checks it’s apparent that Native Teams may keep their headline pricing low by outsourcing some of their local providers — which means when you ask a question, they go to a third party to get answers. Difficulty with reaching management. > > Incorrect processing has caused a delayed payments, frustrated contractors causing them to leave and find other companies to work with. Their legal team is looking for reasons that they are not in the wrong and afraid to admit fault on their end.
