Our previous onboarding experience was not standard across our company, so we now have a standard onboarding platform that provides our candidates a quality onboarding experience. > > **Cons**: We are a very large, complex company that does not have a true HRIS platform. Some things seem to be more steps than it needs to be. Not being able to log in and approve multiple assigned tasks.
