This is less of a pain than it used to be but you should be prepared to incorporate (or ask AI) \* The data table will preview 300 rows when you are building a metric. I realize this is likely for performance but I'd love the option to see more entries. It means that you don't have to keep pulling data out of the system that is then out of date within the next day. The mobile app is great, the browser based software is great. But if I had to pick something it might be the fact that you need 6 months data to get started. But then again without this you wouldn't have any data to make anything with. > > Our experience with Grow has been amazing. We have never used any sort of BI software before Grow but we had heard and seen bits of Microsoft BI, but gave up trying to learn it as it wasn't very user friendly we found. However with Grow all the data is in one place. It is very user friendly to make basic metrics. However, if you want to go full BI they provide the tools to make complex coded metrics using SQL. These metrics can then be displayed on your P21 dashboard showing you all the key business metrics from the second you log in.
