> **Pros**: First, of all inspectors like it when they see we use digital systems for managing requirements. Secondly, I do not need to go physically to our locations that much anymore. Audits are done from a mobile app (directly in digital form) meaning we don't need to rewrite results in our analytics program. Alarms, when the temperature is non-compliant, are also the best\!

> **Cons**: Change is always hard at the beginning. Especially for those who used pen \& paper checklists till now. But after a short time is very easy and with the amount of time saved up and the stress that I don't have anymore, it pays off.

> Very helpful and quick responses from customer support. Very easy onboarding. Implementation is quite quick. We did not have any problems with errors or bugs. They stay up-to-date with regulatory, industry standards, and innovative approaches. The price-performance is just perfect.
