It's easy to create job postings and have applicants populate in the ATS. It's easy to customize your own pipelines and disposition candidates. It was important that our ATS linked to BambooHR which we use for onboarding, and VivaHR has an easy integration for that. My Account Manager is easy to reach and is super helpful when I have questions about the product. > > **Cons**: One thing that is difficult is the search feature. I often search a candidate's name and they don't populate because they have been dispositioned. I then have to change the filters to allow me to see dispositioned candidates but I wish they would always populate. VivaHR also doesn't seem to notice duplicate candidates, so I unfortunately have a lot of duplicate profiles in the system. I wish it would keep track of all applications within one candidate profile instead of creating a new profile for every time a candidate applies to a new role. This also makes it difficult to keep track of notes when I have to try to find my notes on a candidate but there's a profile for them for each role they've applied to.
