> **Pros**: Ease of Use, and functionality. I like the idea of deploying the Virtual assistant but I haven't been able to successfully deploy the Virtual Assistant as yet. I will with the right guidance though.

> **Cons**: Everything else on the computer needs to be shut down, and a connector must be installed for seamless recording.  Creating templates is not a functional as it is in CL Classic.

> **Pros**: The cost is actually reasonable and does not feel completely like a scam. They provide analytics as to whether users click on the buttons or simply are lazy. It’s ok, I guess.

> **Cons**: Cohort data takes around 8 hours to show up and that is totally unacceptable. I hate the manual CSS selectors because I always find an element captue failure.
> 
> Thanks to the guides we no longer have to sit through those boring Zoom training sessions, they’ll just sit there in the app. So now I’m drinking cold coffee but at least the tool reveals where users trip up. The new hires are picking up the software better than they were before.
