Superb customer support.
Integrates with other tools we use. 
Very flexible. 
Constant updates, improvements.

> **Cons**: The ability to bulk edit profiles would be a "nice to have".

> Humaans is probably the only software that we don't think twice about before we renew our contract each year.
During the 2 years that we use it, we grew from 80 to 300 people and we've never really "outgrown" the tool.
Their customer support and the pace they are adding features are remarkable.
I'd highly recommend it.
